2. Services Provided SuperChy Maid Service provides professional maid and cleaning services. Our services include, but are not limited to, general housekeeping, deep cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, and kitchen cleaning. Specific service details and scheduling will be outlined in your service agreement.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations Appointments must be scheduled in advance. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. All fees are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee We are committed to providing high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, provide a re-cleaning at no additional charge.

6. Liability While we take great care in providing our services, SuperChy Maid Service is not liable for any damage to property that is pre-existing or caused by unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

7. Conduct and Safety Clients must ensure that their premises are safe for our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or if our staff encounters hostility.

8. Confidentiality We respect your privacy. Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Changes to Terms SuperChy Maid Service reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
